This toast is very close to my heart. I used to eat it during my school days—simple, comforting, and healthy 💛
Ingredients:
• Malai (fresh cream)
• Suji (dry roasted)
• Onion (finely chopped)
• Capsicum (finely chopped)
• Tomato (finely chopped)
• Black pepper
• Salt
• Bread slices
Recipe:
Take a bowl and add malai and dry roasted suji. Mix well.
Add chopped onion, capsicum, and tomato. Mix nicely using a spoon or hand.
Now add salt and black pepper and give a final mix.
Spread this mixture evenly on one side of the bread slices.
Heat a pan or tawa and add a little oil, butter, or ghee.
Place the bread mixture-side down and cook on medium flame until golden.
Flip and cook the other side as well.
