🥤 Healthy Smoothie (Mango, Banana & Dragon Fruit)
Ingredients:
½ cup frozen mango
½ frozen banana
¼ cup frozen dragon fruit
½–¾ cup milk
1–2 tbsp yogurt (optional)
A little water (optional)
Instructions:
Add all frozen fruits, milk, yogurt, and a little water into the blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Serve immediately.
Tip:
Frozen fruits make the smoothie thick and creamy without ice.
🌯 Egg Wrap with Kale (High-Protein Breakfast)
Ingredients:
2 eggs
A handful of chopped kale
A little chopped onion
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
Salt and black pepper
Paprika
Chili flakes
1 tortilla
½ to 1 tsp oil
Instructions:
Beat the eggs with garlic, onion, kale, salt, pepper, paprika, and chili flakes.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Pour in the egg mixture and cook until half set.
Place the tortilla on top and press gently.
Flip and toast the tortilla side.
Roll and slice before serving.

Ingredients:
1 packet PC Cinnamon & Spice Instant Oatmeal
Hot water or hot milk
Apple
Cashews
Instructions:
Add the oatmeal packet to a bowl.
Pour in hot water or hot milk.
Stir until creamy.
Top with apple and cashews.
Tip:
Milk makes it creamier; water makes it lighter.

Ingredients:
2 eggs
Thinly sliced cabbage
