One INGREDIENT BREAD!



ONE ingredient buckwheat bread. Gluten free!

It’s very simple to make, you only need raw buckwheat seeds. A VERY tasty and healthy option, if you opt for a gluten free lifestyle.

INGREDIENTS
– 500 grams raw ( uncooked ) buckwheat seeds
– 2 cups of water
– salt, pepper, other spices to you liking
– seeds (chia, sunflower, flax) – optional

INSTRUCTIONS
Place the seeds into a large bowl, soak them in water for at least 6-8 hours. After, drain the excess water, but DO NOT rinse the seeds. They will look a bit funny, with a mucus around them. Don’t be alarmed, it’s their natural yeast.

Secondly, place them in a high speed blender, pour water just to cover them and mix until they turn into a creamy paste.
Pour the mix into a bowl and let it sit for at least 12 hours. Usually, I like to leave it for 24 h, so the yeast will help it grow more ☺️.
Finally, place the mix into a cooking pan, on a parchment paper, add seasoning and seeds of your preference and cook in the oven for 90 minutes, at 180 degrees C.
