High-Protein Chicken Noodle Stir Fry

Chinese takeout vibes without blowing your calories.
Fast, filling, and actually macro-friendly.

Macros (Per Serving – 3 total):
406 calories
40g protein
52g carbs
6.5g fat

Ingredients:
400g chicken breast, sliced
2 tsp sesame oil
½ tsp salt, pepper, paprika
1 tbsp minced garlic
¼ cup green onions
1 small white onion, sliced
1 small red pepper, sliced
½ cup shredded carrots
170g cooked noodles (I used linguine)
3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp hot sauce
2 tsp honey
1 tbsp sweetener
Optional: sesame seeds + extra green onions

Directions:
1. Season chicken with sesame oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
2. Cook chicken in a hot pan until golden and cooked through. Remove.
3. In the same pan, sauté garlic, onion, pepper, carrots, and green onions.
4. Add noodles, soy sauce, hot sauce, honey, and sweetener. Toss well.
5. Return chicken to the pan, mix everything together, and heat through.
6. Top with sesame seeds if using and serve.
