I took 1 whole chicken breast, sliced it thin, turned one half into nuggets, and fried it using extra virgin olive oil.

Instead of regular flour, I used:
• Vital wheat gluten → high protein, low carbs
• Arrowroot starch → clean, light, crispy without soaking oil(Low Glycemic)
