Healthy Salad Recipes For Skin and Gut



All my recpies:

Sprout Salad:
Take sprouts of choice. Add chopped onion, carrots, cucumber, bell pepper, diced paneer a dash of lime
Dressing: Fresh tamarind, cumin roasted and crushed, rock salt, red chili powder, one small piece of jaggery

Tofu Blueberry Apple Salad:
Take half an apple, finely chopped, 10 blueberries chopped, half a bell pepper, half a carrot, chopped, crushed or diced tofu, sprinkled with seeds on top.
Dressing: Curd dressing (this is my cook’s bestseller tbh!) Try to remove as much water from your curd as you can or use green yoghurt, add half a tsp of store bought Schezwan chutney, a pinch of rock salt, pinch of pepper, red chilli powder, about 2-3 cloves of finely chopped garlic (this dressing goes with every salad literally)

Chana/ Rajma salad:
Take boiled rajma or chana half a cup+ carrots+ cucumbers finely chopped+ diced tofu or paneer+  lots of blueberries + half an orange+ half an avocado
Dressing: Same curd dressing 

Moong dal salad:
Take boiled moong, carrots + cucumber + onion+ tomatoes- all very finely chopped.
Tadka: Rye + hing + curd
