Aaj ka meal:
🫓 Healthy Aloo Paratha (Weight Loss Friendly)
Ingredients:
Whole wheat flour – 1 cup
Boiled potatoes – 1 medium
Salt – to taste
Black pepper / red chilli – to taste
Green coriander (optional)
Oil or butter – ½ tsp only
Method:
Whole wheat atta ko pani se soft dough bana lein
Aloo boil kar ke achay se mash karein
Aloo mein namak aur spices mix karein
Dough ka ball bana kar aloo filling bharein
Halkay haath se paratha bel lein
Tawa garam kar ke ½ tsp oil/butter se dono sides cook karein
Golden ho jaye to serve karein
