🍲 Bean Soup Recipe
🥣 Ingredients:
• 500 g beans
• 1 handful of peas (optional)
• 2 bunches of parsley (or 1 bunch for milder taste)
• 2 tbsp tomato paste
• 1 garlic clove
• 1 large onion 🧅
• Butter
• Salt, black pepper, paprika
• Cumin seeds
👩🍳 Instructions:
1. Soak the beans overnight.
2. Next day, boil for 15 minutes, drain, add fresh water, and cook until fully tender.
3. In a separate pan, sauté onions in butter until golden.
4. Add tomato paste and fry together for 4–5 minutes.
5. Add garlic and stir well.
6. Mash part of the cooked beans and mix with the onion-tomato mixture.
7. Add the remaining beans and their cooking water.
8. Add peas and cook for 10–15 minutes.
9. Finally, add parsley and turn off the heat.
