🍜Healthy Low-Carb Arrabbiata Noodles with Chicken
300–330 kcal | 35–38 g protein | Low-carb | Low-fat
Ingredients
• Lauki / sorakka/ bottle gourd – 1 medium
• Chicken breast – 130 g
• Tomatoes – 3–4, blanched & puréed
• Garlic, chilli flakes
• oil/ghee – 1 tsp
• Salt, pepper
• Feta / salad cheese – 20 g (optional)
Method
• Scrape or slice bottle gourd into flat noodle-like strips.
• Blanch noodles in boiling water 2–3 minutes, let them rest in hot water.
• Sauté garlic and chicken in oil/ ghee with salt and pepper , remove and keep aside.
• In the same pan, cook garlic, chilli flakes, salt and tomato purée till thick.
• Add lauki noodles and chicken, toss 2–3 minutes.
• Switch off heat, crumble feta on top.
Same spicy arrabbiata comfort, much lighter and keeps you on plan.
