Crispy Methi Nimki | Spiced Indian Tea-Time Snack | Perfectly Crunchy #shorts



Crispy, flaky and full of flavour, this homemade Methi Nimki is a perfect tea-time snack.

Ingredients:
• Fresh methi leaves
• Coriander leaves
• Ginger
• Green chilli
• Jeera
• Black salt
• Maida
• Black jeera (kalonji)
• Ghee
• Oil for deep frying

Steps:
1. Blend methi leaves, coriander leaves, ginger, green chilli, jeera and black salt into a coarse paste.
2. In a bowl, add maida, black jeera and ghee. Mix well.
3. Add the methi paste and prepare a medium-stiff dough. Rest for a few minutes.
4. Roll small portions of dough, cut into rounds and shape into triangular nimkis.
5. Deep fry on low flame, stirring occasionally, till golden and crispy.
6. Drain and cool completely before storing.
