Ingredients
Whole wheat chakki atta – 240 g
Broccoli florets – 1 cup (boiled, finely chopped, squeezed)
Eggs – 2
Thick yogurt – 180 g
Milk – 180 ml
Oil – 55 ml
Mild cheddar cheese slices – 2 (chopped)
Salt – 1 tsp
Black pepper – ½ tsp
Garlic powder – 1¼ tsp
Italian herbs – 1 tsp
Baking powder – 2 tsp
Baking soda – ½ tsp
White and black sesame seeds – for topping
Baked at 180°C in an 8–9 inch loaf pan for a soft and even result.
