Crispy Matar Kachori without deep frying 🙌
This non-fried matar kachori is made in an appe maker using very little oil. Perfect tea-time snack that is crunchy outside and spicy inside.

Ingredients
• Green matar
• Ginger
• Green chilli
• Wheat flour
• Salt
• Ajwain
• Ghee
• Coriander seeds
• Jeera
• Saunf
• Besan
• Oil

Steps
1. Grind green matar, ginger, and green chilli into a coarse paste.
2. Make a dough using Wheat, salt, ajwain, and ghee. Rest it for 10 minutes.
3. Coarsely grind coriander seeds, jeera, and saunf.
4. Heat oil in a pan, add the spice mix, then add besan and roast lightly.
5. Add the matar paste and salt. Cook till thick and aromatic. Let it cool.
6. Divide dough into small portions, stuff with matar masala, and shape into balls.
7. Heat an appe maker, grease lightly, add the kachoris, and cook while turning till golden and crispy.
8. Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.

Healthy, crispy, and no deep frying.
