Soya Cheese Lollipop Recipe🧀🌱
1. Wash soya chunks, soak in hot water for 10–15 mins, squeeze well.
2. Grind soya with green chillies, coriander & mint (coarse).
3. Add boiled potato, boiled corn, chopped onion, capsicum & carrot.
4. Add red chilli powder, garam masala, chilli flakes, black pepper, coriander powder, salt, lemon juice & butter. Mix well.
5. Take mixture, add mozzarella cheese in center, shape lollipop & insert stick.
6. Dip in corn flour slurry, coat with breadcrumbs.
7. Deep fry on medium heat till golden & crispy.
Serve hot with green chutney & ketchup.
