Healthy Viral Banana Milk toast 😋

Ingredients
• 3 slices bread ( whole wheat)
• 1½ small bananas (about 65 g), sliced
• 15g peanut butter
• 80 ml milk
• 5 g butter
• 1 tbsp melted dark chocolate (about 10 g)

Method
1. Place banana slices evenly on one slice of bread.
2. Spread a thin layer of peanut butter over the bananas.
3. Place the second slice of bread on top. Add a few more banana slices and the remaining peanut butter.
4. Close with the third slice of bread and press gently.
5. Heat a pan on low heat. Add butter and lightly toast the sandwich on both sides.
6. Slowly pour milk into the pan and let the bread absorb it. Flip gently and cook until soft and warm.
7. Remove from heat and drizzle melted dark chocolate on top.
8. Serve warm.
