Low Calorie

Vegan Spinach Orzotto with HALF the calories (4 Step Meal Framework)

In this new weekly series, I’m showing you how I take everyday recipes and make them weight loss friendly using my simple 4 step framework.

In this video, I’m making a creamy vegan spinach orzotto with around half the calories of a typical version I saw online, without sacrificing flavour or satisfaction. This framework is the exact approach I’ve used to lose weight while still eating foods I actually enjoy, and it works with almost any recipe.

I’ll walk you through each step, explain why it works, and show you how you can apply the same method to your own meals, whether you’re cooking pasta, curries, comfort food, or quick weeknight dinners.

If you want sustainable weight loss without giving up the foods you love, this series is for you.

Let me know in the comments what recipe you’d like me to remake next using the 4 step framework, and make sure you’re subscribed so you don’t miss future videos.
