Ingredients
Moong-100gm
Chili-3-4
Garlic-3-4 cloves
Ginger-1 inch
Jowar-100gm
Dhaniya-30gm
Carrot-50gm
Pumpkin-30gm
Cabbage-20gm
Onion-30gm
Till-10gm
Haldi-1/2tsp
Jeera powder-1tsp
Salt-as per taste
Oil-1tsp
Rai-1tsp
Curry leeaves-7-8leaves
hing-1/4th tsp

Method
Wash and soak moong overnight
Add soaked moong to mixer jar , add chili, garlic and ginger, grind it corsely.
Now add chopped vegetbales, spices ,jowar atta, little water and mix well.
Now make small muthiya, steam it for 10 min.
Cut this muthiya in small pieces and fry it in little oil.
Healthy gluten free muthiya is ready to serve.
