A soft, healthy and nutritious recipe made with boiled vegetables & semolina (suji). Perfect for baby-led weaning and spoon-feeding both! No salt, no sugar — just pure goodness 💛
👶 Ingredients:
🥔 Boiled potato
🌼 Boiled cauliflower
🥕 Boiled carrots
✨ Cumin & coriander powder (optional, mild)
🌾 Semolina (suji)
🧈 Desi ghee / olive oil / butter
👣 Method:
• Mash all the boiled veggies
• Add semolina
• Mix into a soft dough
• Shape into small cutlets
• Grease the pan with a few drops of ghee
• Place the cutlets
• Cover & cook until soft + lightly golden
• Cool completely & serve only the soft part
