All You Need Is:
* Bread slices
* Boiled potatoes
* Thick curd (dahi)
* Green chutney
* Water
* Ginger, green chilli
* Spices & Salt
* Oil (for brushing)
How:
1. Mix mashed potatoes with spices and shape into small balls.
2. Combine curd, green chutney, and a little water to make a dipping mixture.
3. Dip bread slices briefly, squeeze excess liquid.
4. Place potato ball in the center, cover and shape into round balls.
5. Brush lightly with oil and arrange on a baking tray.
6. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 22–25 minutes, flipping once halfway, until golden and crisp.
