*7 MINUTE* RAGI STRAWBERRY CHOCOLATE CAKE #shorts

Ingredients
🍓1/2 cup curd
🍓1/4tsp baking soda
🍓1/4 cup butter , melted
🍓6 tbsp jaggery powder
🍓1/2 tbsp coffee powder
🍓1/4 cup milk
🍓6tbsp ragi flour
🍓6tbsp wholewheat flour
🍓2 tbsp cocoa powder
🍓1/2 tsp baking powder
🍓8-10 chopped strawberry
🍓3/4 cup melted dark chocolate

Method-
1. Add curd and baking soda in a bowl and whisk till it bubbles up.
2. ⁠Add jaggery powder, coffee infused milk and melted butter to the same bowl and whisk well till homogeneous.
3. ⁠Lastly, add ragi flour, whole wheat flour, cocoa powder , baking powder and give it a final whisk to form a smooth lump free batter.
4. ⁠Transfer the batter in a microwave safe dish and microwave at regular heating mode for 7minutes.
5. ⁠Once done let it cool and top it up with chopped strawberries.
6. ⁠Drizzle with melted dark chocolate and serve.
