Ingredients
🍓1/2 cup curd
🍓1/4tsp baking soda
🍓1/4 cup butter , melted
🍓6 tbsp jaggery powder
🍓1/2 tbsp coffee powder
🍓1/4 cup milk
🍓6tbsp ragi flour
🍓6tbsp wholewheat flour
🍓2 tbsp cocoa powder
🍓1/2 tsp baking powder
🍓8-10 chopped strawberry
🍓3/4 cup melted dark chocolate
Method-
1. Add curd and baking soda in a bowl and whisk till it bubbles up.
2. Add jaggery powder, coffee infused milk and melted butter to the same bowl and whisk well till homogeneous.
3. Lastly, add ragi flour, whole wheat flour, cocoa powder , baking powder and give it a final whisk to form a smooth lump free batter.
4. Transfer the batter in a microwave safe dish and microwave at regular heating mode for 7minutes.
5. Once done let it cool and top it up with chopped strawberries.
6. Drizzle with melted dark chocolate and serve.
