INGREDIENTS
For Zucchini Yogurt Mix
• Zucchini (grated)
• ½ cup curd
• 1 tbsp oregano
• Pomegranate seeds

For Veg Paneer Stir Fry

• Oil
• Ginger-garlic paste
• 1 tsp red chilli powder
• Baby corn
• Beans
• Broccoli
• Carrot
• Salt (to taste)
• ½ tbsp soy sauce
• Paneer cubes
• Fresh coriander

RECIPE
Step 1: Zucchini Yogurt Mix
Grate the zucchini as shown in the reel.
Transfer it to a bowl and add curd, oregano, and pomegranate seeds.
Mix well and keep aside.

Step 2: Veg Paneer Stir Fry
Heat oil in a pan.
Add ginger-garlic paste and red chilli powder.
Add baby corn, beans, and broccoli. Sauté for 4–5 minutes.
Add salt, then carrots and soy sauce.
Mix well and add paneer cubes.
Cook for another 2–3 minutes.
Garnish with fresh coriander.

Step 3: Serve
Serve the hot stir fry with the zucchini yogurt mix.
Top with more coriander and pomegranate seeds.
