Ingredients per 1 serving (multiply by the number of servings you plan to make)
* οΏ½οΏ½1 egg
* οΏ½οΏ½40 g plain Greek or vanilla yogurt
* οΏ½οΏ½60 ml milk (almond or any milk)
* οΏ½οΏ½35g all-purpose flour OR 35g oat flour OR 45g almond flour OR 10g coconut flour
* οΏ½οΏ½25 g vanilla protein powder
* οΏ½οΏ½30 g pumpkin puree (about 2 tbsp)
* οΏ½οΏ½1 tsp honey or maple syrup
* οΏ½οΏ½1/4 tsp baking powder
* οΏ½οΏ½1/2 tsp cinnamon
* 1/2 tsp nutmeg

Topping:
– 60g vanilla yogurt
– 2 pecans
– dash of cinnamon

Mix everything together until there are no lumps!

Air-fry for 20mins at 150c/300f. I’m using my @cosori.uk brand new Turbo Tower airfryer!! It takes up little counter space but has a 10.8 litre capacity!

Marinade
– οΏ½οΏ½600g Chicken Breast
– οΏ½οΏ½Β½ tsp baking powder
– οΏ½οΏ½4 tbsp Diet orange juice
– οΏ½οΏ½1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
– οΏ½οΏ½1 tsp ground black pepper
– οΏ½οΏ½I tbsp cornstarch
– οΏ½οΏ½I tsp garlic, minced 1 tsp ginger

Orange sauce
– οΏ½οΏ½1/3 cup fresh orange juice (diet)
– οΏ½οΏ½1 tbsp soy sauce
– οΏ½οΏ½1/4 cup rice vinegar (optional)
– 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
– 2 tsp orange zest
– 1tsp minced garlic
– 1 tsp minced ginger
– 1/2 tsp red chili flakes
– drizzle of honey
Top with sesame seeds and spring onion
