Veg Sandwich
Ingredients:
Bread slices
Butter or mayonnaise
Onion (thinly sliced)
Tomato (sliced)
Cucumber (sliced)
Boiled potato (sliced)
Capsicum (optional)
Green chutney
Salt (to taste)
Black pepper or chaat masala
Method:
Apply butter or mayonnaise on one side of the bread.
Spread green chutney over it.
Layer onion, tomato, cucumber, potato, and capsicum.
Sprinkle salt, pepper, or chaat masala.
Cover with another bread slice.
Cut and serve fresh, or grill/toast if you like.
