1 kg Lamb Liver
1 tbsp vinegar (sirka)
1 1/2 tbsp crushed chilli (kuti mirch)
1 tbsp coriander powder (dhanya)
1 tsp black pepper powder (kali mirch)
1 tsp cumin powder (zeera)
1/4 cup oil
3 green chillies chopped (sabaz mirch )
1/4 tsp carom seeds (ajwain)
1 1/2 tsp salt (namak)
