Usually I give “healthy versions” of my favourite things a wide berth. They are often a let down… and aren’t even that “healthy” or low calorie.

This one got rave reviews though so I had to give it a try!

And I have to say, you can’t go far wrong in terms of protein content, effort level and taste 😉
