• 🍗 Chicken breast – 1 piece
• 🧄 Garlic – 6 cloves
• 🌶️ Red chilli – 2

Steam for 15 minutes until everything is well cooked ♨️
Keep aside and let it cool.

🥣 Step 2: Make the Sauce

In a blender jar add:
• Steamed egg, garlic & chilli
• 🥣 Curd – 3 tbsp
• 🍶 Vinegar – 1 tsp
• 🌶️ Kashmiri chilli powder – as needed
• 🧀 Cheese slice – 1

Blend well into a smooth, creamy sauce 🤍✨

🥗 Step 3: Prepare the Filling
• Shred the steamed chicken 🍗
• Add chopped veggies of your choice 🥬🥕
• Pour the prepared sauce 🥣
• Mix everything well 🤍

🍞 Step 4: Assemble & Toast
• Take a bread slice 🍞
• Add a generous amount of filling 😍
• Cover with another bread slice
• Toast on a pan with a little ghee until golden & crisp ✨🔥
