🥦🫛 Broccoli Peas Paneer Sandwich

Ingredients
• Broccoli – finely chopped
• Green peas – lightly mashed
• Paneer – 50 g, crumbled
• Cheese – 1 cube (optional, for extra melt)
• Salt – to taste
• Chilli flakes – to taste
• Oregano – ½ tsp
• Black pepper – to taste
• Bread slices
• Butter / oil – for toasting

Method
1. Heat a pan with a little oil or butter.
2. Add broccoli and peas. Sauté for 2–3 minutes till soft but still fresh.
3. Add salt, chilli flakes, oregano and pepper. Mix well.
4. Add crumbled paneer and optional cheese cube. Turn off heat once mixed.
5. Stuff the mixture generously between bread slices.
6. Toast on both sides till golden and crispy.

Serve

Cut, pull apart, and enjoy hot 🔥
