Ingredients:
3 cups whole wheat flour (atta)
1 tbsp active dry yeast
3/4 cup warm water
1/2 cup warm milk
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp oregano (optional)
Steps:
Activate yeast with warm water, milk, and sugar.
Mix flours, salt, and seasoning. Add yeast mixture and oil.
Knead for 8-10 mins, let rise for 1 hour.
Shape into 4 loaves, rise again for 30 mins.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15-18 mins.
Tips:
Brush with butter after baking for a softer crust if you want.
