Dinner in 15min
If you take any protien of your choice some veggies and sauté them in little chilli oil & soy sauce. Add in cooked or leftover rice and toss it. Then you just made yourself a dinner that’s faster than ordering from outside.
Home cooked meals are the best and if it comes together in 15min.

Method:
-In a pan, add oil & chopped garlic about 4-5
-Sauté for a bit and add 1tsp full chilli oil.
-Add sliced onion & all the veggies of your choice and paneer.
-Season with salt & pepper.
-Add 1tsp soy sauce and mix everything well on medium high flame.
-Add cooked rice and mix well on medium high flame.
-Garnish with fresh coriander and sesame seeds.
Protein – Paneer, scrambled egg or boiled egg whites, chicken & tofu.
Suaces – if you want you can also add chilli sauce or some more chilli oil.
Carbs- Instead of rice you can add boiled quinoa to increase the protein content.
