Ingredients:
-10oz Chicken Thighs (Raw)
-1 Tbsp Chicken Rub of Choice
-100g Flour
-1 Tsp Baking Powder (4g)
-3 Packets Sweetener (6 Tsp)
-70g Egg Whites
-75ml Almond Milk
-50g Greek Yogurt
-1 Tsp Vanilla Extract (4g)
-4 Tbsp Sugar Free Syrup (60g)
Steps
1.) Season chicken thighs and air fry at 365°F for 12 min, flipping halfway.
2.) While cooking, whisk waffle batter and preheat waffle maker.
3.) Cook waffles until batter is used.
4.) Divide chicken and waffles into 2 servings, top with sugar-free syrup, and enjoy.
