Welcome to Day 15 of our healthy millet series! Today we are making a nutritious and protein-rich Proso Millet Uttapam loaded with fresh vegetables. This recipe is perfect for breakfast, lunch, or even a light dinner. It is soft, tasty, and much healthier than regular uttapam.

🥣 Ingredients:
Proso Millet – 180 gm
Rice – 60 gm
Chana Dal – 130 gm
Urad Dal – 60 gm
Moong Dal – 60 gm
Water – 120–150 ml
Onion – 1 (finely chopped)
Carrot – 1 (grated)
Capsicum – ½ (finely chopped)
Tomato – 1 (finely chopped)
Green Chilli – 2 (chopped)
Coriander Leaves – 2 tbsp
Curry Leaves (chopped) – 10–12
Salt – As per taste
