Breakfast recipe

INGREDIENTS
* Boiling quinoa-2 cups
* Olive oil-5-ml
* Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp
* Chana dal-1/2 tsp
* Urad dal-1/2 tap
* Dried red chilli-1/2 tsp
* Curry leaf-1 sprig
* Chopped green chilli-1 nos
* Chopped ginger 🫚-1 nos
* Chopped onions 🧅-1 small
* Boiled carrots/beans/green peas-1 cup
* Salt-to tatse

METHOD
* In a pan heat oil for tempering crackle mustard seeds followed by chana dal/urad dal/dried red chilli/ curry leaf and chopped onions sauté till the onions becomes soft
* At this stage add boiled vegetable and sauté and season it with sufficient salt and mix them add the boiled quinoa and mix till everything comes together nice
* Serve hot
