Day 15 – Spicy Snacky Paneer 🧀🔥
Crispy outside, soft inside and packed with protein ✨
This is a perfect healthy snack when you’re craving something spicy but still want to keep it balanced.
✨ Ingredients:
• 100g paneer (cubed)
• 2 tbsp curd
• 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
• 1 tbsp oil
• A pinch turmeric
• Salt to taste
• Black pepper to taste
• Herbs / coriander (optional)
✨ Method:
Mix curd, ginger-garlic paste, oil and spices.
Coat paneer gently and marinate for 30–60 mins.
Pan roast on low flame for 8–10 mins until lightly golden from all sides.
