HealthyFruits Salad
RAMADAN HEALTHY RECIPES SERIES -DAY-4
Ingredients:
• 2 tablespoons chia seeds
• 2–3 cups milk
• 10 soft dates (seeds removed)
• 1 pomegranate (seeds)
• 1 apple (chopped)
• 1 cup grapes (halved)
• 1 banana (sliced)
Preparation:
1. Soak the chia seeds in a little milk and keep aside for at least 30 minutes (or until they swell).
2. Add the soft dates into a mixer jar along with some milk and blend until smooth.
3. Transfer the date mixture into a bowl.
4. Add 2 glasses of milk to the bowl and mix well.
5. Add the soaked chia seeds to the milk-date mixture.
6. Add pomegranate seeds, chopped apple, halved grapes, and sliced banana.
7. Mix everything gently.
8. Serve fresh and chilled.
