Ingredients:
Amla (Aavla) – 1 kg
Cheeni (Sugar) – 1 to 1.2 kg
Pani – 4–5 cups (ubalane ke liye)

Steps to Make Amla Murabba:
Amla ko achhi tarah dho kar fork ya knife se halka-halka chhed kar lein.
Ek pateele mein pani garam karein aur amla ko 8–10 minute tak ubaal lein jab tak halka soft na ho jaye.
Amla ko pani se nikaal kar thanda hone dein.
Ek bartan mein cheeni aur 2 cups pani daal kar chashni bana lein.
Jab chashni halki gaadhi ho jaye, usmein ubale hue amla daal dein.
8–10 minute tak medium flame par pakaayein.
Gas band karke amla ko chashni mein 1 din ke liye dhak kar rakh dein (isse murabba achhi tarah meetha ho jayega).
Agle din dobara 5–7 minute pakaayein jab tak chashni gaadhi ho jaye.
