* 2 large Eggs
* Pinch of Salt
* 1 stalk Green Onion (finely chopped)
* 1 Round Flatbread (tortilla or pita)
* 1 small knob of Butter
* 2 oz Grated Cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or blend)
* Fillings (Choose your own adventure!):
* Option 1: Napa Cabbage (chopped), 1/2 Tomato (sliced), 2 oz Sausage (diced)
* Option 2: 2.5 oz Marinated Mushrooms (or sautéed fresh mushrooms), 1/2 Tomato, fresh Parsley

INSTRUCTIONS:
