Lunch Box Series – Day 13 🍱

Taking a break from rice with this healthy paneer avocado sandwich made using multigrain bread.

Ingredients:
Paneer
Chopped onion
Green chilli
Tomato
Grated carrot
Coriander
Salt
1 ripe avocado
Chilli flakes
Lemon juice
Multigrain bread
Butter

Method:
Mix paneer with chopped vegetables and salt.
Mash avocado with chilli flakes and lemon.
Spread paneer mixture on one slice and avocado on the other.
Close and grill with butter till golden.
Cut and pack for lunch.
