Masoor dal paneer Tikki recipe

Looking for a healthy, high protein vegetarian snack? This Masoor Dal & Paneer Tikki recipe is crispy on the outside, soft inside and made without deep frying. Packed with plant-based protein, fiber and iron from masoor dal and extra protein and calcium from paneer, this recipe is perfect for weight loss, muscle building and clean eating.
These tikkis are pan-cooked with minimal oil and made using simple kitchen ingredients like lentils, vegetables and everyday spices. They are gluten-free, filling and ideal for evening snacks, breakfast or meal prep.

🥣 Ingredients
• 1 bowl soaked masoor dal (soaked 4 hours)
• 1 inch ginger
• 4–5 garlic cloves
• 2 green chillies
• 1 cup sweet corn
• 1 small carrot (grated)
• 100 gm low fat paneer (grated)
• 1 onion (chopped)
• Few chopped coriander leaves
• 1 tsp coriander powder
• 1 tsp cumin powder
• 1 tsp chaat masala
• 1 tsp kasuri methi
• Salt as per taste
• 1 tsp sesame seeds
• Oil to cook
👩‍🍳 Method
Soak masoor dal for 4 hours.
Blend soaked dal with ginger, garlic and green chillies coarsely.
Transfer to a bowl and add vegetables, paneer and spices. Mix well.
Shape into small tikkis.
Heat a pan, spray oil and sprinkle sesame seeds.
Cook both sides until golden and crispy.
Serve hot and enjoy.
