DUMPLING FILLING:
500g extra lean pork mince
33g oyster sauce
30g light soy sauce
20g chopped green onions
10g minced garlic
20g ginger paste
10g sesame oil

BROTH:
I just used Lian Pho Bo noodle seasoning packets because I was lazy 🤣
