Crispy, crunchy and full of flavor! In this easy snack recipe, I made a delicious tea time namkeen by preparing a dough with maida, salt, ghee, ajwain and black jeera. The dough is rolled thin, cut into small finger-shaped pieces and deep fried until perfectly golden and crispy. Finally, it is tossed with peri peri spice mix for an extra spicy and tangy twist.
This simple homemade snack is perfect for tea time, evening cravings or to store in an airtight container and enjoy anytime.
