Two simple snacks I made this week to handle sweet masakai and norruku theeni cravings by tricking my gut. All ingredients are from Sathva Foods and these quick recipes help me stay prepared when cravings hit.

**Seed Cracker:** chia seeds 25 gm, flax seeds 60 gm, sunflower seeds 100 gm, 1 tsp ginger peanut oil, flavours of your choice (I used garlic paruppu podi and cumin powder). Spread thin and roast at 150°C until crispy.

**Coconut Sesame Ladoo:** fresh coconut, roasted sesame seeds, walnut or flax seed oil, and raisins – all in random measurements, blended and rolled into small ladoos.
