Ingredients –

Saago ( Sabudana) 1 Cup
2 Boiled potato
Refined Oil ( रिफाइंड तेल)
Cumin (जीरा), Black pepper (गोलकी), Coriander (धनिया) powder
Salt (नमक)
Turmeric (हल्दी) Powder
Kashmiri lal mirch powder (कश्मीरी मिर्च पाउडर)
Chaat Masala
Tomato ( टमाटर)
Green chilli ( हरि मिर्च)
Onion (प्याज़)
Fresh Coriander leaves
Chilli Flakes
Origeno ( ऑरिगेनो)

Method -:

1. Take 1 cup Sabudana wash it and add water and then 20 to 25 minutes ke liye dhak kar rakh de.
2. Now soaked sabudana ko dusre bowl mei transfer kar lena without water.
3. Add boiled potato, hari mirch, tomato, fresh dhaniya patta, chopped pyaj, haldi, Jeera, dhaniya, Golki, kashmiri lal mirch powder, chaat masala, chilli flakes and origeno
4. Mix well
5. Agar batter jaida gilla lage then add chawal ka aata as per the requirement.
6. Now fry till golden brown in a medium flame and medium to high for crispy poppers.
