Hey besties 💕If you’re doing keto and want a simple breakfast that actually keeps you full, this is my go-to meal almost every morning. Instead of making a traditional omelet, I prefer a breakfast bowl style with turkey bacon, egg whites, mushrooms, and cheese. It’s quick, satisfying, and gives me the protein and fat I need to stay full and energized.
In this video I show how I cook the mushrooms in butter and build my favorite keto breakfast combo. It’s a simple routine meal that fits perfectly into my daily keto lifestyle and helps me stay consistent.
