📋 INGREDIENTS:
– 2 eggs
– 1/2 cup chopped vegetables
– 1/2 cup cooked and shredded chicken
– 2 tablespoons almond flour (or oat flour/chickpea flour if you don’t want low carb)
– 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
– 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
– Salt to taste, oregano, paprika and garlic powder to taste (use your preferred seasonings)
Bake at 360 ºF / 180 ºC for 15 to 20 minutes.
Makes 4 servings, each with approximately 96 calories, 1.6g of carbohydrates (0.5g of fiber), 10g of protein and 5g of fat.
