Baby Chicken wrap.

For salad/Wrap decoration:
1 Long chopped onion
1/2 fresh lemon Juice
1 tablespoon parsley
Salt and pepper to taste

Chicken:
500g Ground chicken breast
2 tbsp grated onion
1 grated garlic (optional)
1 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tsp rosemary
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp Coriander

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, combine the ground chicken, grated onion, garlic, soy sauce, cumin, coriander, and pepper. Mix well until fully incorporated.
2. Shape the mixture into patty sticks.
3. Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Lightly spray the tops with oil.
4. Bake at 200°C (400°F) until golden brown and cooked through (about 15-20 minutes)
