Dry Ingredients:
• 100g Oats (blended into flour, or use premade oat flour)
• ½ teaspoon Baking Soda
Wet Ingredients:
• 2 Slightly Ripe Bananas (the riper they are, the sweeter!)
• 2 Eggs
• 100g Sugar-Free Yogurt (Greek yogurt works great for extra protein)
• 2 tablespoons Vanilla Sugar (or 1 tsp vanilla extract + 1 tbsp sugar of choice)
Instructions Note:
Since you’re using oats, you’ll likely want to blend the dry oats first until they become a fine flour, then add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth. This creates that perfect “fluffy” batter!
