Make this Instant Poha Premix and your breakfast will be ready in just minutes. Perfect for busy mornings, travel, hostel cooking or emergency meals.
I first dry roasted poha to remove moisture and increase shelf life. Then added roasted peanuts, mustard seeds, curry leaves, turmeric, salt and little sugar and mixed everything well.
Whenever needed just add hot water, cover and rest. Soft and fluffy poha gets ready without gas.
How to use:
1 cup premix
Add about ¾ cup hot water
Cover and soak 10–15 minutes
Add lemon juice and fresh coriander while serving.
