Warm Up:
10 Squats
50 Cardio Kicks
10 Squat Jumps
10 Plie Squats
50 High Knees
10 Squats
20 Cardio Kicks
10 Plie Squats
20 Ice Skaters

Workout:
20 Front Lunge Torso Turn
20 Squat to Overhead Press
20 Second Plank on Ball
10 Variable Surface Pushups
20 Ab Toe Touches
20 Russian Twists
20 Mountain Climbers on ball per leg! (so 40 )
10 Single Leg Glute Bridge on Ball
20 V Sit Ball Toss
10 Stationary Lunge with Overhead Tricep Press/Leg
10 Woodchoppers/side
3 Rounds

Optional 100 Ball Toe Taps in between each round. I do it after round 2!
