Here is a super easy 2 ingredient high protein everything bagel recipe! You can eat it plain with cream cheese but I really like slicing them in half, toasting them, and adding toppings like cream cheese, smoked salmon, cucumbers, tomatoes, etc.

Ingredients
1 cup self rising flour
1 cup greek yogurt
optional: everything seasoning
egg white

Self rising flour recipe
1 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

1. Set oven to 375 F
2. Combine self-rising flour with greek yogurt.
3. Knead dough on baking mat until it’s not super sticky (add flour as needed)
4. Divide dough into 4 sections
5. Roll each section into a log, thinning it out on each end. Press the thinner ends together to form a bagel ring and roll it out gently to keep it together.
6. Beat egg white until frothy and brush onto each bagel.
7. Put in oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, until bagels are golden brown.
8. Set on a cooling rack then enjoy!
