I am a bikini competitor, business student and working two jobs. My goal is to motivate others to become better and strive towards creating what they desire.

This video includes a recipe for protein cheesecake bites! There are tons of alternatives and other recipes out there. For this recipe I decided to try out two different brands of lactose free cream cheese as well as used lactose free plain fat free greek yogurt. To make these even lower calorie you can use oreo thins, omit the oreo or use 1/2 oreo, and use light or fat free regular cream cheese. The recipe for both is listed below:

Golden Oreo Pumpkin Protein Cheesecake Bites:
Ingredients:
-75g plain FF greek yogurt
-15g liquid egg whites
-30g pumpkin puree
-125g lactose free cream cheese
-4 teaspoons stevia
-splash of pumpkin extract (i used vanilla)
-15g Pro Stacks Vanilla Cake protein powder
-6 golden oreo thins
**can add pumpkin pie spice
Macros: 125cal 7.8F 7.2C 5.8P

33% less fat Oreo Protein Cheesecake Bites
Ingredients:
-75g plain FF greek yogurt
-15g liquid egg whites
-125g lactose free cream cheese
-4 teaspoons of stevia
-teaspoon of vanilla extract
-15g Pro-Stacks Vanilla Cake protein isolate
-6 33% less fat regular Oreos
Macros:110 cal 5F 10.6C 5.2P

Preheat your oven to 350F. If you make six approx 15 minutes will do, if you make 12 leave in oven for 25-27 minutes! Once they are done, let cool for about 5-10 minutes, then place in fridge/freezer. Best served cold!
