Add 2 spoons of Turmeric Powder
Add water till Chicken is Immersed
Whistles 2-3 (Depends on Hardness)
Onions 500g
Tomatoe 300g
Oil
3-4 Tbsp Ghee
Biryani Masala
Green Chillies 5-6
Handful of Mint Leaves
Soft Cooked Chicken Ready
3 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
Add some turmeric powder
Rock Salt
Cook for 5-10Mins (Med flame)
Add Chicken
Add 5 tsp Biryani Masala Powder
Add 5 tsp Chilly Powder
Pinch of Rock Salt
Mix Thoroughly
Add Mint Leaves
Add 1 Tumblr Fresh Curd
Cook for 5-7 Mins
Add Water 1.5L
Mix Well
Cook for 2-3 Mins
Rice : Water
1:1.5
Mix in Such Way so the Basmati Rice is not
broken
Cook for 5-10 Mins
Finally Add
Some Ghee
Mint Leaves
Keep a Banana Leaf and Cover
Keep Dum for 15-20Mins
